Welcome to the MGM Newsletter.

As we close out the first quarter of 2025, it’s a great time to reflect on the momentum we’ve built — and the direction we’re heading together.

Across the business, there’s been no shortage of effort, resilience, and achievement. From successfully navigating the aftermath of Cyclone Zelia in the Northwest to securing new contracts like Mineral Resources Limited, our teams continue to deliver — with professionalism, unity, and purpose.

One of the most exciting developments this quarter has been the visible progress of MGM Lodge in the Pilbara. This project has been years in the making, and it's incredibly rewarding to see it coming to life. More than just accommodation, MGM Lodge represents our investment in our people — a modern, purpose-built facility that puts comfort, liveability, and long-term wellbeing front and centre.

This year is shaping up to be one of growth, scale, and strategic focus. But as always, it’s our people who sit at the core of our success. Whether you’re behind the wheel, on the tools, in the workshop, or supporting operations from the office — your contribution matters, and it’s noticed.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment and hard work. The year ahead holds plenty of opportunity, and we’re looking forward to tackling it — together.

A Legacy Worth Celebrating

Jump in the passenger seat and head out to Koolyanobbing Mine Site with one of our long-standing operators, Grahame Thorne, as he approaches his 10-year milestone with MGM. Joining him are fellow WA Salt veterans Rob Spratt, who recently celebrated a decade with the company, and Maurice Nicholson, who is also nearing his 10-year milestone.

MGM is proud to renew our partnership with WA Salt, Western Australia’s largest naturally harvested solar lake salt producer.
In an industry where long-term contracts are rare, this milestone reflects the trust, consistency, and shared commitment between both teams.

A decade on the road together — and another decade to come.

This an exciting opportunity for employees to amplify their disposable income through easily accessible and meaningful discounts on everyday essentials.

“The professionalism and courtesy of MGM Bulk drivers stood out on my journey from Boddington to Bunbury.

MGM 148 demonstrated exceptional awareness by pulling into a truck bay to let the traffic clear—a small act that made a big difference for everyone on the road."
