Safety Report

The Safety Team have had two new starters commencing with the business in February, they are Dave Griffiths (Safety Advisor ) and Ivan Cikara (General Manager Heath, Safety, Environment and Compliance). Both come from diverse back grounds involving mining and transport. Dave is  out and about at the various locations assisting and providing support with regards to risk assessments, investigations and injury management. A team member from Port Hedland has recently retired, fare well to Chris Burgess who spent 4 years with MGM where he had made a valuable contribution to the Northwest team.

The Safety Team are now more active in being out and about providing face to face services to the business as well as to our clients. This has been important in developing our relationships with workers on the ground. 

The team have been busy developing a 12-month health initiative which will have a monthly focus. It is hoped this will rolled out shortly. More initiatives to come which we will share in our next updates.
